Presenting authors are required to register for the conference by February 28, 2011 January 31, 2012. If you cannot register by the date, please let us know; otherwise your paper may not be included in the presentation timetable.
Please register in advance, since only cash (JPY) will be accepted at the onsite registration.

Registration Fee

Full Fee: JPY 70,000
Includes: Technical program, proceedings (CD-ROM), program & abstract booklet, welcome reception, banquet, excursion, and refreshment breaks.

Student Fee: JPY 35,000
Includes: Technical program, proceedings (CD-ROM), program & abstract booklet, welcome reception, and refreshment breaks.
A copy of valid student ID is requested.

Accompanying Person Fee: JPY 15,000
Includes: Welcome reception, banquet, and excursion.

(1) Participants from overseas
Please fill out the gCredit Card Formh, and send it to Secretariat, Creep 2011 by FAX. Your registration fee is paid to Creep 2011 via Nippon Travel Agency (NTA). You can use this credit card payment by May 10, 2011 May 10, 2012.

(2) Participants living in Japan
Participants living in Japan are required to pay the registration fee by bank transfer in order to save the cost of credit card payment.

Only cash (JPY) will be accepted at the onsite registration.

Please pick up the receipt for your registration fee at the registration desk.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Speakers:
100% refund by September 30, 2011, 50% refund before February 1, 2011 February 1, 2012 and no refund after that date.

Other delegates:
100% refund by November 30, 2011, 50% refund before February 1, 2011 April 1, 2012 and no refund after that date.
