C3 Development of Powder Additive Manufacturing Process for Titanium Alloys

We will conduct powder manufacturing, evaluation of powder properties, evaluation of additive manufacturing (AM) and evaluation of molding components, collaborating with institutions that are domestic supply chains in AM process, aiming to improve competitiveness of the integrated AM process from upstream to downstream. The establishment of re-coating simulation technique (MI technique) in molding process will lead to establish evaluation methods and guidelines for Ti alloy powder used for AM, and this MI technique will be the first standardized guidelines for Ti alloy powder for the total AM process.
